Altuglas Plaques

 PMMA ( Methyle polyméthacrylate) ,or synthetique glass, is more known Altuglas or Plexiglass(Brand names).
This product has interesting qualities for the production of funeral plaques or for decoration.
It's a modern materiel which permit original creations . It's very used in decoration,signalitique, accessories of security, glazing...Its main qualities are transparency and UV resistance.

How to work the PMMA

PMMA  is made in mmanufacture of plexiglass or Altuglass , and then sent us in slices.
We produce our funeral plaques in these slices with a laser machine with CO2. It cuts and graves the plaques .
We can propose to you some portraits engravings .The colors we offer are the green, it is very transparent with some green reflections, the smoked color  , and the black which is entirely opaque, it permit an optimal photo depiction.
 PMMA is very more  light than granite . The best is to ballast the plaque with a granit base. We recommend to you to stick the feet of the plaque with silicone directly on the funeral monument.

                                           Maintenance of  PMMA

Maintenance is not so important because, it doesn't altere not with time. So avoid to brush it or to clean it because you will cross off it. Prefer a rag soaks with alcohol to clean it.
